“2005, The Year In Review”
Posted on January 1, 2006, by Chris

Hi! Welcome to my website!! I am so glad to finally have this site completed. 2005 has been an amazing year for me with several performances in both New York City and Connecticut along with the success of my Holiday Album "Christmas Memories".

This album was originally created as a gift for the guests at a San Remo Christmas Gala. Combined with the efforts of my family & friends, we raised a significant amount of money in which a major portion has already been donated to the United Services Organization. I hope that the donation will help some of our American Soldiers who are currently stationed in the Middle-East.

I could not have done any of that without the help of Mary Opazda and the other remarkable people who helped raise donations for this cause. Thank you for all your help. I truly could not have done it without you.

Also this year, I switched vocal coaches. I was previously studying with Anna Maria Silvestri of The Hartt School of Music. She is one of the most incredible voice teachers that I have ever been associated with. She was my VERY FIRST voice teacher in 1997, when I first joined The Hartt School Prep Division and since then has remained one of my closest friends and confidants. In the spring of 2005, Anna Maria had me contact Katie Leszuk, who then put me in contact with Badiene Magaziner in New York City (Visit her website at: www.voice-teacher.com ). Badiene has taken my skills to another level and has helped me tremendously.

Recently, I became involved with the G&P Foundation for Cancer Research and attended this year's Angel Ball in New York City. There I had an opportunity to speak with some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. They include Patti LaBelle, Stevie Wonder and Natalie Cole. (See my Gallery for photo’s of The Angel Ball.)

With all that said, this year has proved to be a huge stepping stone in my career.  I am looking forward to 2006 with my eyes wide open.

Periodically I will be adding new statements in this section. I believe it is important for you to know about me. So I will make update you with current events, news, tid-bits from my everyday life and other fun and exciting facts.

I look forward to hearing from all of you. Have A Happy, Healthy New Year!!

Chris
